Description:

This fun, hands-on class introduces you to the fundamentals of soldering while guiding you through the process of creating beautiful sterling silver rings. You’ll learn how to safely use a torch, properly size and shape rings, and add texture using a ring mandrel, ring sizer, and a variety of texture hammers.

By the end of the class, you’ll leave with three handcrafted sterling silver rings and the confidence to continue exploring basic jewelry-making techniques on your own.

For those who want to personalize their pieces even further, the instructor will have additional materials available for purchase, including options for embellishments and patinas.

Copper and brass kits will also be available during class if you’d like to experiment with mixed metals or have extra materials to practice and refine your soldering skills.
