Cancellation Policy

Reservations are fully refundable for cancellations made 14 days or more in advance, less a 10% administrative/processing fee. This gives us the opportunity to fill the program groups and maintain previously arranged staffing and programming in the event of cancellations.

Alternatively, you may be able to switch your session reservation, based on availability, to another session under the same program offering. Please contact us by phone or email to do so.
