Description:

HS Crew Winter Training is a great way to keep in shape over the winter, improve your form or learn to train in rowing if you have never participated in crew before. The 5-Day program runs Monday - Friday afternoon from 3:30-5 and 5-6:30 on alternating weeks.  We include technical work and conditioning on the ergs and tanks, and two days of Strength Training. Program Dates
Winter training starts on Monday, December 1st, and ends on Friday, February 13th

The program will run during the following weeks:

December
* Week of 12/1 - "A" Week
* Week of 12/8 - "B" Week
* Week of 12/15 - "A" Week

January
* Week of 1/5 - "B" Week
* Week of 1/12 - "A" Week
* Week of 1/19: Monday 1/19 OFF (MLK Day), 1/20 - 1/23 Midterms; Athletes will have option to work out on their own
* Week of 1/26 - "B" Week

February
* Week of 2/2 - "A" Week
* Week of 2/9 - "B" Week

Weekly Schedule
We will follow the schedule below on alternating weeks.

"A" Week
Boys: Practice 3:30-5:00pm
Girls: Practice 5:00-6:30pm

"B" Week
Girls: Practice 3:30-5:00pm
Boys: Practice 5:00-6:30pm
