Description:

This three day a week class with open access is designed for experienced rowers seeking a high-level winter training opportunity in preparation for the spring, summer, and fall racing seasons. Each 1.5-hour session combines aerobic and anaerobic ergometer work with a tank session focused on technical skills and drills.

The goal of the group is to improve boat speed and efficiency through targeted, race-focused training. Class size will be limited to ensure quality instruction and accommodate the demands of competitive preparation.

Required age: Over 18 years old on the day of the activity
