Description:

This class is open to all rowers with previous experience in sculling (intermediate and experienced class) and will help rowers continue to develop proficiency in technique, and introduce and develop the skills required to row as a crew in a team boat. Students will take turns rowing and steering the larger, stable Quadruple sculling boats. Previous rowing experience required in singles and/or team boats. Eighth Grade rowers are encouraged to sign up for Mon/Wed classes.

Required age: 11 - 15 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: Transportation from DHS/DMS is available directly after school.

Prerequisites: competent swimmer, previous on the water course in singles or quads
