This class is an hour long focused on a tank session in the state-of-the-art Rowing Center. Each participant focuses on technical development through a progression of drills and steady state rowing. The opportunity to be filmed and projected on the large screen (while you row) is an incredible teaching tool for our coaches and a comprehensive learning tool for our participants. These classes are ideal for athletes of all ages from novice to experienced, to explore and expand on your technical proficiency in a safe and controlled environment.
