Are you a veteran with rowing experience, or interested in returning to the sport in a supportive, accessible setting? Join us this spring for an indoor rowing session designed to build confidence, improve technique, and foster connection; no on-water participation required.

This hands-on lesson combines guided instruction with practical indoor rowing activities, focusing on stroke mechanics, strength and conditioning, rowing fundamentals, and teamwork. The session is well-suited for beginners, returning rowers, and those who prefer or require a land-based experience due to physical considerations or personal preference.

Whether your goal is recreational fitness, skill development, or reconnecting with the rowing community, this indoor session offers a welcoming environment to develop your abilities and engage with fellow veterans.
