Description:

This class is designed as a high level winter training opportunity for competitive team rowers interested in competing in the Spring, Summer and Fall.  The 1.5 hour workout combines both aerobic and anaerobic work on the erg along with a tank session focusing on the skills and drills. The group goal is to move boats more efficiently and faster. Class size will be limited to accommodate the training requirements for racing.k
