High School Coxswains, are you ready to grow your skills and optimize your coxing? This coed 2.5 hours/day, week-long program will consist of a dynamic warm-up, rowing, technique work and racing. We will come inside for video review and functional training and stretching instruction. Jump start your fall High School season!
