Description:

Splash into a week of ocean fun! We’ll explore how Earth has one big ocean with lots of different homes for sea animals from steamy hydrothermal vents to chilly polar ice, splashy rocky tidepools, sandy beaches, and squishy mudflats.  Kids will learn cool animal superpowers (like how some creatures glow, cling to rocks, or burrow in sand), play hands-on games, hunt for creatures on field trips, and make a mini “habitat journal” to take home.

Required age: 6 - 10 years old as of 9/1/2026

Notes: Participants who are 5 years old but have completed a year of kindergarten can enroll in this program. This program uses a 15 passenger van to transport students.
