Description:

Prep for Fall High School Rowing!  Rising 9th - 12th graders who want to row on a high school team this fall, can join us for a coed 2.5 hours/day, week-long program that will prepare you for the fall season.  Workouts will consist of a dynamic warm-up, rowing on the water in sweep shells, technique work and racing. We will come inside for video review and functional training and stretching instruction. Jump start your fall High School season!

Required age: Over 14 years old as of 9/1/2026

Prerequisites: Entering 9th - 12th grade. Competent swimmer.
