An organization dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships between people and the natural world through transformative nature programs.
Description
Earth Path is a non-profit organization based in the unceded territory of the Algonquin Anishinabeg Nation, or so-called Ottawa region. Since 2013, we have been dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships between people and the natural world through transformative nature programs offered at our two beautiful locations: at Just Food Community Farm in Ottawa, ON, and Eco Echo Environmental Campus in Wakefield, QC. We offer these programs for people from all walks of life, including youth, teens, adults, educators, families, and schools. To make our programs more financially accessible, we also offer free drop-in programs, a Pay What You Can afterschool program, payment plans, and bursaries. Mission Our mission is to foster confidence, competence, resilience, and connection to nature through transformative nature programs. Through these programs, we also aim to provide integrative experiences that support the emotional and physical well-being of our participants. Vision We envision a world with diverse and vibrant communities that are deeply connected to, and take care of, themselves, each other, and nature. Values Community, connection, curiosity, gratitude, awareness, life-long learning, and stewardship.
