Camp Title: Young Engineers' Workshop: FUNdamentals

Camp Description: Did someone ask, “What is engineering?” The Young Engineers' Workshop: FUNdamentals camp will use the Engineering Design Process to explore different types of engineering such as Aerospace, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental, Marine, and Mechanical! Using basic and specialty supplies, the campers will build individual and group projects that float, fly, zoom, fizz, and hopefully stand strong! We look forward to seeing what the campers can create! Engineering For Kids’ programs are Cognia STEM Certified, STEM.org Accredited, and aligned with National Teaching Standards. Camp Title: Aerospace Engineers: Sky Riders

Description: Fun and adventure will soar to new heights in Aerospace Engineers: Sky Riders! This camp will introduce our youngest engineers to fundamental concepts of aircraft and spacecraft design using the Engineering Design Process. Through open and focused exploration with hands-on individual and group projects, the campers will discover the forces that turn airplanes, helicopters, and rockets into sophisticated flying machines, and more! Engineering For Kids' programs are Cognia STEM Certified, STEM.org Accredited, and aligned with National Teaching Standards. Join Engineering For Kids of North Atlanta as we take to the skies!

Camp Title: Esports: Epic Arenas

Description: Esports: Epic Arenas is designed so that campers will have fun while learning about the STEM aspects behind gaming while playing in a variety of gaming arenas, including those with a virtual reality-inspired aesthetic. Excitement will abound as campers learn the fundamentals of Rocket League and explore how everything in-game relates to the real world through physics, aerodynamics, and more! Throughout the week, the campers will work individually or in teams and compete against each other in a series of matches to progress to the final tournament. Camp Title: Urban Innovations with Minecraft: City Life

Camp Description: Experience City Life through Urban Innovations with Minecraft! Campers will explore how arts and entertainment enrich a city, making it an inviting place to live and call home. Using the Engineering Design Process, they will apply their new learning to design a city that fosters a sense of community, creativity, and visual interest in Minecraft! Engineering For Kids' programs are Cognia STEM Certified, STEM.org Accredited, and aligned with National Teaching Standards. Join Engineering For Kids of East Atlanta to create Urban Innovations with Minecraft!

Dates: June 16 - June 18; June 20, 2025: Note: The camp will not be held on June 19 due to a school holiday at this campus.

Camp Title: Electrical and Mechanical Engineers: Widgets & Gadgets

Description: Mixing learning with fun, the campers will have a blast with Electrical and Mechanical Engineering as they create a variety of Widgets and Gadgets! Using mechanical engineering, the campers will design and build roller coasters, catapults, and simple machines to explore gravity, buoyancy, energy, and friction. With electrical engineering, they will experiment with static electricity, magnets, and batteries as they learn how different aspects of energy work. Engineering For Kids' programs are Cognia STEM Certified, STEM.org Accredited, and aligned with National Teaching Standards. Description: Join the Inventors' Club to explore multiple types of engineering such as Aerospace, Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Environmental, Marine, and Mechanical to invent new gadgets and explore creative design solutions. The campers will do hands-on STEAM activities with some lessons focusing on collaborative group projects while other lessons will focus on individual projects. With basic household and specialty supplies, the campers will utilize the Engineering Design Process to make their imagination become a reality! Engineering For Kids' programs are Cognia STEM Certified, STEM.org Accredited, and aligned with National Teaching Standards.
