Payment Schedule

You have agreed to follow the payment schedule as outlined in your trip information. It is expected that you will adhere to the payment schedule guidelines. Please communicate with our team should you need any special considerations for your payments. Participants that are not paid in full at 30 days prior to the trip will be removed from the trip with no refund.

Fundraising

If you plan to use fundraising funds for any portion of your trip payment, it must be received in our office 2 weeks prior to each payment due date so that it can be applied to your account.

Cancellation Policy

Individual cancellations are subject to cancellation penalties as described in your trip information. Cancellations must be received and acknowledged by our staff by 5:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Emails and voicemails to our staff do not confirm your cancellation.

OPTIONAL Trip Cancellation Fee Waiver

If you have elected to purchase the Trip Cancellation Fee Waiver, this will protect your investment from any cancellation fees that could incur for cancellations at any time up until the trip departure date. This waiver covers cancellations due to documented illness, death in the family and some emergency type situations. The fee for the waiver is non-refundable.

Entourage Management, LLC and its agents act only in the capacity of agents for the passengers in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations, sightseeing tour & transportation, whether by motorcoach, air craft, railroad, automobile or cruise ship, and as such will not be liable for any injury, personal injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned whether by default of any hotel, carrier, common carrier, restaurant, company, or person rendering any of the services included in the tour or by act of God. Further, Entourage Management, LLC will not be responsible to the group and/or any of the group members for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor dispute, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or causes beyond our control, and we will also not be responsible for any additional expense, omission, delay, re-routing or act of government authority.
