Epic Competitive Sabre Camp, with 2016 Canadian Olympian Joseph Polossifakis and 3-time OUA Sabre Champion Francois Gauvreau

Physical training and preparation
Footwork and technical drills
Tactical exercises and instruction
Bouting and competition
