Stroke Clinic

In Stroke Clinic your swimmer will work on stroke refinement and endurance. It gears participants to be swim team ready and continue swimming skill proficiency. You will work on fine tuning the four major strokes used in competitive swimming (freestyle/front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, and butterfly) and their associated turns. This is a 45-minute class.

Required age: 6 - 13 years old on the day of the activity

Prerequisites: Completion of Level 5 and being able to swim 25 yards of each stroke and 50 yards of freestyle with side breathing.
