Required age: 6 - 99 years old on the day of the activity

Prerequisites: Must have passed Learn to Swim Level 3 and/or be able to hold and roll between front and back floats, tread water for 1 minute, swim 25m unassisted, swim 15m dolphin kick unassisted, and be able to swim 3-5 body lengths underwater.
