Our "Teen Weight Room Orientation" is for kids ages 12-14. In this orientation, they will learn the proper use of all upstairs fitness equipment, including weight room etiquette, spotting, racking weights and proper form on the major lifts: squat, deadlift, & bench press. This orientation will now allow kids ages 12-14 to use the free weight area of our upstairs fitness equipment. This skill certifies that kids have acknowledged our suspension policy and are able to workout upstairs, without restriction, as long as they are wearing their orange wristband and following the rules of the weight room.
