Registration opens on Monday January 6th at 10am. Please read the following information before registering your child for the Youth Summer Programs:

We are so looking forward to welcoming your young circus stars to Esh this summer for circus fun! Please read on to learn about this year's Youth Summer Program. Our main goal is to create a space that feels safe and fun for our circus students. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out via email to info@eshcircusarts.com.

 

PROGRAM HOURS / SCHEDULE

Youth Summer Program weeks meet daily Monday - Friday from 9am-3:30pm each day. Drop-off begins at 8:45am. All students must be picked up at 3:30pm unless they are registered for Late Pick-up.

Late pick-up:

When available, late pick-up must be reserved and paid for in advance of the program week(s). We might not be able to accommodate late pick-up requests made the week of the program. If you know you will require late pick-up for one or more days, you may add it to your cart during registration. Late pick-up spots are limited.

 

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds are not given for participant dismissal, failure to attend, absence, or sick days. In the event that Esh Circus Arts must cancel a program, registered participants will receive a full refund. 

Otherwise, refunds will be given as follows in the event that a family chooses to cancel a registration:

• on or before May 1st: full refund excluding $100 non-refundable administrative fee

• After May 1st: no refunds

Program registrations and payments may not be transferred to another participant or family. Please check your school and family calendar for conflicts before registering. If your family has a special circumstance, please contact the studio.
