Give your teen the ultimate edge in athletics with our Sports Conditioning & Biomechanics Camp! Led by former varsity athletes, this dynamic program blends science and sport to enhance performance. Campers will train their bodies and minds, exploring movement mechanics, injury prevention, and peak conditioning. A special field trip to top biomechanics labs gives hands-on insight into sports science, while expert-led workouts push their skills to the next level. Whether they’re aiming to excel in their sport or just love being active, this camp is an exciting mix of learning, training, and fun!

About Ethos Lab

Ethos Lab is a community centered innovation academy for youth in grades 5 to 12 in Vancouver, BC. We are for everyone, by us - meaning we are Black led organization but we are open to all youth. We intentionally fusing Black culture into science, technology, engineering, applied arts, and math (S.T.E.A.M) programming to encourage inclusion, acceptance, and representation. Youth involved with Ethos Lab are empowered with core skills and self belief to pursue post secondary education and career paths that are innovative and emerge as leaders in our societies.
