Description:

NFL Flag Football at Fair Oaks teaches boys and girls the fundamentals of football, good sportsmanship and teamwork through practices and league games. This league open to all skill levels and levels of experience, so whether it's your first time or fifth, you'll have a great time learning flag football and bonding with your team.

Majority of games will take place on Saturday mornings at Fair Oaks Park with team practices held during the week scheduled by the team coaches. All players will receive a reversible jersey.

Important Dates:
8/15 - Mandatory player evaluation day
8/24- First week of practices
8/29 - Scrimmage Day
9/12 - First Game Day 

 Teams will be formed via a coach draft.

Volunteer coaches needed! Program discounts are available for head and assistant coaches.

Price: $175.00 Taxes waived

Required age: 121 - 178 months as of 9/1/2025

Notes: Shorts are optional to purchase with us, but each player must use shorts without pockets during games.
