Description:

Our Silver practice group is our mid-progression level of swim team. Swimmers must be able to complete 50 yards of all 4 strokes, be able to implement multi-step directions with minimal oversight, and understand how to read a pace clock.

Practices are as follows:

M & W: 5:30-7 pm

T: 6-7 pm

R: 4-5 pm

F: 4:30-6 pm (starting Nov 6th)
