Are you looking for some motivation after your summer break?  Or someone to hold you accountable so you can get started on your 2024-2025 goals? 
If so, this is the class for you!

Condition on trapeze, hoop, silks and rope all aerial apparatuses and get your grip, core and mind back in the groove.
