Join our contortion classes to build deep back flexibility, strengthen your splits, and explore progressive techniques for bridges and shoulder mobility. You'll learn to move with grace and composure through contortion positions while staying safe and strong.  

These classes are led by Eliza Gelinas-Lance, a professional contortionist and graduate of the National Circus School in Montreal, with years of performance experience. Eliza's expertise in both contortion and teaching ensures you'll develop your skills in a supportive and effective environment.
