Registration is required every school year for each child enrolling in After School Care with the YMCA. Children who attend Prairie Dell during the school day will be bussed to Central for after school care and must be picked up at Central Elementary. 2026 Registration fee is $50 for one child. Families will pay a max of $75 for multiple children, but all registrations must occur within the same transaction to receive this discount. If registering more than one child and there is a discounted registration fee, you will register for the individual registration fee per child and the system will discount this fee upon checkout. After selecting the registration fee, you will be asked if you'd like to register into PM activities. You must choose the Y Club session to add to your cart. This should be done in one transaction for all children in the family in order for rates to be appropriately calculated Registrations completed prior to August 1 will only require the registration fee to be paid. Payment for August will be drafted on August 1 and will be prorated to account for the school's start date. Payments are collected on the 1st of the month for each month thereafter. Registrations completed after August 1 will require the registration fee and the first month to be paid. (First month payment amount will be prorated for the start date.) Members will automatically see their discount reflected at checkout. Participants who have already been approved for financial assistance through the Y will see their reduced rate reflected at checkout. Participants on state subsidy will register for After Care online. If additional assistance is needed, please reach out to our child care director. Per Missouri state guidelines, the Y must have all enrollment forms at our Y Club sites. Therefore, we will print all of your information and provide it to the sites. You will be required to sign the paperwork on your child's first day of the program. Immunization records will need to be provided prior to attendance. If you indicate your child has an IEP/504/Behavior Management Plan, Chronic Health or custody agreement, please note that there will be additional forms required before the registration is complete. You may find these forms on our website or you may reach out to the Child Care Director. Please note, this registration does not guarantee a spot if all additional paperwork is not received prior to the first day of school and/or if support staff is not obtained.
