Description:

Advanced Tumbling Class- 5+ years experience in Competitive gymnastics, dance or cheer and MUST have previous tumbling experience. 

If you have already mastered walkovers, cartwheels and handstands, the advanced tumbling class will focused on progressing you to the next level skills.

Skills will be focused on back and front handsprings, back and front tucks, skill connections (ie. round off back handspring, round off back tuck), aerials and advanced jumps.

Participants will be assessed on their current skill level and individual progressions will be taught based on that assessment.

Attire: Clothing you can move comfortably in (preferrably a gym suit), no shoes required & bring a water bottle.

Classes begin Wednesday May 14th & end June 18th

7:15pm-8:00pm.

Notes:

Prerequisites: Advanced Tumbling Class- Several years experience in gymnastics, dance or cheer and MUST have previously taken some tumbling classes. Ages 6-17
