Description:

This is an great opportunity for ages 11-18, who may have outgrown our Can Gym programming or for any athletes in other sports looking for cross training, or for absolute beginners looking to try gymnastics for the first time.

Required age: 11 - 17 years old as of 6/30/2025

Notes: Class begins April 27- June 15th Gym suits recommended for all practices, or clothing you can move comfortably in (nothing too loose or baggy) Hair must be off the face and secured, no jewelry.

Prerequisites: Age 11+ no previous gymnastics training required.
