Get ready to shake it and sweat to some of the hottest rhythms straight from the Caribbean!

Shake dat ting, whine dem hips, and bend yo back to Dancehall, and channel pure carnival energy with Soca! Come for a fiery good time filled with the vibrance, confidence, and nonstop vibes of Jamaica and Trinidad’s biggest dance styles. In this class, you’ll learn a mix of fun moves and fresh choreography set to the hottest tracks.

Each week, we’ll warm up to music from a variety of artists before diving into a brand-new routine. The weekly routine lineup is coming soon!

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, this class offers options for all skill levels so everyone can feel comfortable, confident, and amazing on the dance floor.

Drop-ins are welcome throughout the session. Reserve your drop-ins in advance, or secure your spot (and get the best value!) by registering for the full session.

What to bring: running shoes with clean soles and a water bottle.
