This high-energy class is all about having fun and learning the choreography to some of our favourite songs! Bringing back the great hits from the 80s, 90s and 2000s! This is an all-levels class where options will be given so everyone feels comfortable - and it’s a great workout too. Bring running shoes with clean soles. Drop-ins are welcome throughout the session if space permits.
