Do you think you can't draw? Think again! Drawing is a skill anyone can learn. The secret is in learning how to see in a new way. This course will teach you how to look at the world around you with an artist's eye and translate what you see onto paper. You will hone your observation skills and learn basic art and drawing techniques such as composition, shading, and how to work with a variety of drawing materials. The atmosphere will be warm, supportive, and ideal for beginners. For more experienced students, the exercises can be used to refine and practice your skills.

Supply suggestions! 

• Drawing pad or sketchbook - 9 x 12 inches  or A4 
• drawing pencils - HB, 2B, 6B 
• pencil sharpener & container for pencil sharpenings
• regular white eraser

To bring only if you already have them at home (I will bring extras)

• Ruler 
• black coloured pencil, white coloured pencil (I will have extras)

Emilie’s classes, memberships for indoor playground, school walkovers, PA Day programs, pottery studio and fitness memberships and tickets are NON- REFUNDABLE.
