Description:

Get ready for intricate choreography, hard-hitting body isolations, and lots of powerful attitude! From classic, to old school, to recent hits, this class will keep you moving to great music!

Minimum of two years of dance experience.

What to bring: running shoes with clean soles and a water bottle. 

As this is a progressive class where we build on the same routine every week, registration is required for the full session. Drop-ins are possible only during the first three weeks, if space permits (please contact Emilie to inquire).
