Beat the winter blahs with a serious dose of sunshine and infectious beats straight from the Caribbean and Latin America! Get ready for a spicy cocktail of soca, salsa, bachata, dancehall, reggaeton, dembow, and Afro-inspired beats for a strong hit of tropical flavour and pasión!

This is an all-levels workshop where options will be given so everyone is challenged and feels comfortable. For extra fun, wear your brightest, most colourful outfits!

What to bring: running shoes with clean soles and a water bottle.
