Join us for FITMOM and Baby classes at GNAG this winter! This 45 minute babywearing class helps you learn how to exercise effectively and safely after having a baby. Our encouraging and supportive environment means that you can workout at your own pace AND tend to your baby when needed. At FITMOM, we specialize in prenatal and postpartum fitness, using the most current research in our class plans and providing modifications for the many stages of postpartum recovery. During our classes, we not only talk about strategies to incorporate exercise into your life after baby, we also talk about other topics related to early parenting.

FITMOM classes are a great way to get out of the house, get some exercise and make new friends who are in the same stage of life as you are.

Please bring a structured carrier or non-stretchy wrap to the class. Your baby will love snuggling with your while you wear them in your baby carrier. You’ll “love” the extra resistance that wearing your baby provides!

** Access to FITMOM’s online offerings (live, online classes & on-demand workouts) are available as an extra value to all FITMOM and Baby class participants who wish to use them.

Notes: If you are at all unwell, please do not attend class in the interest of protecting the health of the other participants and staff. We have suspended our masking and vaccine requirements. We are prepared to reinstate them if we deem it necessary for the safety and health of our participants and volunteers. If you would like to discuss our Covid protocols, please email info@gnag.ca. Refunds, Credits and Transfers Notification required: At least 1 week’s notice in advance of the program / class / workshop start date. 1. Within notification period: Refund with 7% admin fee or credit on GNAG account with no fee. 2. Less than notification period: Refunds or credits on GNAG account will not be issued. 3. Change your mind? Notify us first! We can help. A transfer requires the same period of notification. Pro-rated refunds will be given with a medical certificate should a refund be approved. Emilie’s classes, memberships for indoor playground, school walkovers, pottery studio and fitness memberships and tickets are NON- REFUNDABLE. There will be no refunds for tickets to our events. Withdrawal because a client does not agree with our Covid protocols will still incur a 7% admin fee and will still require the above noted notification timeline.
