A women’s health publication states that 74,000 of us search for information on Pilates every month. We find it sprinkled in fitness classes and offered as dedicated classes. Studios are popping up everywhere, but what is Pilates? Join my 8-week session and learn about this low impact strength building discipline, and more importantly, how Pilates can benefit your unique body. We will start slow to build a foundation, learn variations, and progress with joy building confidence along the way. All you need is a mat and a sense of adventure.

Notes: If you are at all unwell, please do not attend GNAG activities. in the interest of protecting the health of the other participants and staff. Refunds, Credits and Transfers Notification required: Program/Class/Workshop requires at least 1 week's notice in advance of the start date and time. PA Day/camp requires at least 2 weeks' notice in advance of the start date and time. 1. Within notification period: Refund with 7% admin fee or credit on GNAG account with no fee. 2. Less than notification period: Refunds or credits on GNAG account will not be issued. 3. Change your mind? Notify us first! We can help. A transfer requires the same period of notification. Pro-rated refunds will be given with a medical certificate should a refund be approved. Emilie’s classes, memberships for indoor playground, school walkovers, PA Day programs, pottery studio and fitness memberships and tickets are NON- REFUNDABLE. There will be no refunds for tickets to our events. There will be no refunds after the program mid-point.
