Description:

Homeschool PE 101 is a dynamic 90 minute class where students explore multiple sports through engaging activities. Each session features energizing  warm -ups, skill-building agility stations, and sport-specific drills that teach game rules, strategy, and fundamentals.  Plus, we mix in classic favorites like kickball, dodgeball, and capture the flag for maximum fun!
