Description:

Learn laws regulating the use of force and deadly force, restrictions on carry, verbal skills, situational awareness, safe storage and firearms safety. The classroom portion of this class ends at 2:00pm and continues with a mandatory shooting proficiency at Texas Gun Experience. By law, instructors do not teach students to shoot as part of this class, however private shooting lessons are available separately by appointment. Students must pass a 50 round shooting proficiency to pass this certification. 

Price: $90.00 - $100.00 Taxes waived

Required age: 21 - 99 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: An additional $20 fee will be paid to the Texas Gun Experience upon arrival at the range. Bring hearing an eye protection, 50 rounds, and a sack lunch. Note that there are NO guns allowed in the classroom.
