Grapevine offers a variety of adult sports leagues year-round! Ranging across various divisions, Grapevine Parks & Rec offer adult softball, kickball, sand volleyball, indoor volleyball, 8 on 8 flag football, and 4 on 4 flag football leagues. There is no residency requirement to participate, so all are welcome to join! Registration details, game locations/times, and other pertinent information can be viewed on the specific activities for the spring, summer, fall, and winter seasons. Individuals who do not have a team can submit a Free Agent Form in hopes to get picked up by a team needing extra players.
