Description:

The Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Training is a blended learning course which will enable individuals and companies to instruct Red Cross lay response First Aid/CPR/AED.  It is a stepping stone to the other courses and levels offered by the American Red Cross, such as the Basic Life Support (BLS).

The Online portion of class will go over the Red Cross mission, code of ethics, design aspects of the material and introduction to methods of instruction.  In the classroom, students will sharpen skills, learn tips and tricks to using the materials, and gain first-hand experience in providing lectures, leading skill practices and running scenarios for final confidence building and testing.

 

* Prerequisite: Adult CPR/AED or more; AHA or ARC certificates accepted

* Pocket mask will be supplied

* Blended Learning:  1/2 online and 1/2 skills in person

* Company invoicing is available for payment offline.
