Description:

In this course, you will review the aleph-bet, build basic vocabulary, begin reading short Hebrew texts, and practice speaking about everyday topics such as personal information, weather, seasons, the classroom, and shopping.

You will also learn the foundations of Hebrew grammar, with a focus on the present tense. Through vocabulary, sentence structure, and present-tense verbs, you will begin expressing yourself in Hebrew with greater confidence across a variety of topics.

This course is designed for students who have completed the Beginner Hebrew course or equivalent, and who can read Hebrew and write in script but are still at the early stage of speaking and sentence-building.

Notes: This course is intended for the following students: 1. Students from the East Coast who are in the Eastern Time Zone (EST) - hence classes are in the evening between 7:00 -8:30 pm (EST). 2.
