Get ready to bring the spirit! We are excited to offer a free two-day cheer clinic for aspiring cheerleaders, introducing them to the fundamentals of sideline cheerleading and the dynamics of the "Stomp-N-Shake" style. 

Throughout the clinic, participants will receive technique training, while learning essential skills and high-energy routines. No prior cheerleading experience is required.

Participants will also have the opportunity to register for our upcoming R.E.D. Zone Youth Cheerleading program or for one of High Point Parks & Recreation's other competitive cheer teams. For questions or to receive more information, please call 336.883.4847.
