Let's make a splash! AquaFit is a moderate-intensity water aerobics class where participants can receive the benefits of a land-based aerobics class without the impact.
Our 45-minute classes combine stretching, cardio and strength-building exercises. Participants should wear a swimsuit and bring their own water bottle and towel.
