If you are an adult looking to stay fit and active with aquafit classes, one of the below options might be a great fit for you! 

AQUA-DYNAMIC: Experience a fun workout in warm water to improve cardiovascular capacity, balance and flexibility. The class will start by warming up your muscles safely for the energetic cardio, muscular strength and endurance components that will follow. This class will emphasize improving core musculature for power, strength and stabilization. Lots of lively music to keep you motivated for the whole class!

PRENATAL: If you're expecting, then this may be the perfect low-impact aquatic fitness class for you! The class will focus on using the buoyancy and resistance of water to work muscles and joints gently, reducing stress and improving circulation.  Please confirm with your doctor prior to enrolling that aquafit will be suitable for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  The following policy will apply when canceling drop-in lessons in this program:

  • 100% of credit until 24 hour(s) before the beginning of the activity

  • 50% of credit if cancelling less than 24 hours before the beginning of the activity.
