Grades 1–3 students discover the joy of mixed media in this engaging homeschool class designed to spark curiosity and confidence. Working in both 2D and 3D, young artists explore a wide variety of obscure and surprising materials—from textured papers and found objects to recycled and natural elements. Through hands-on experimentation, students learn to combine techniques, solve creative challenges, and think outside the box. Each project encourages imagination, fine motor development, and self-expression as children bring their unique artistic visions to life in unexpected and exciting ways.
