In this dynamic art class designed for fourth graders and older, students will dive into the exciting world of mixed media and material exploration. Building on foundational art skills—such as drawing, composition, and color theory—they’ll experiment with a wide range of materials to create imaginative, layered works of art. Along the way, students will discover inspiring artists and movements from art history, using these influences to spark their own ideas. Each project challenges students to think outside the box, take creative risks, and push the boundaries of what art can be!
