PLAYGROUND RULES

SOCKS REQUIRED – This is a sock only facility, both adults and children are required to remove shoes upon entry to the playground. No bare feet, shoes or sandals allowed. Shoes are allowed in the party rooms and in the café only.

OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS – Outside food and drinks are not permitted (except water) unless approved by the event manager and part of a paid party. Food and drinks are available at our snack bar. Gum is never allowed at iPlayology.

SHARP OBJECTS – Sharp objects are not allowed in any pockets of children or adults in the play area. Any damage caused by violation of this policy will be paid for by the respective parent or guardian who caused, or whose child in their care caused, the damage to property owned by iPlayology.

PARTY DECORATIONS – Party decorations are not allowed without a confirmed party reservation and only allowed in the party room that has been reserved for your party. Rooms may be set up 15 minutes before the start time of a no-host party and 1 hour before the start time of a custom party.

SICK CHILDREN OR ADULTS – Please be considerate. Sick guests will not be allowed entry to any area of the facility but are welcome to wait outside. Benches are available.

WAIVER REQUIRED – All parents and/or guardians must sign the waiver for themselves and on behalf of minor children in their care.

PERSONAL ITEMS – iPlayology is not responsible for loss or theft of your personal items, so take care to always keep items of value with you.

SUPERVISION – iPlayology is not a daycare. Parental supervision of children in their care is always required unless children are visiting iPlayology as part of a camp program.

SAFETY – Adults are not permitted in the playground without the paid fee of a child. However, adults without children are permitted to visit the café for take-out food only and must leave the facility at the conclusion of their transaction. These adults will be monitored to ensure compliance with our safety policy and will be asked to leave if necessary.

LATE PICKUPS – Extra charges will be applied for unscheduled late pickups from any of our camps. Charges are $5 for each quarter-hour parent or guardian is late, or any portion thereof during the first hour. If a parent or guardian is more than one hour late, charges increase to $10 for each quarter-hour and authorities will be notified that the parent or guardian is unable to be reached.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS - A non-refundable $100 cancellation fee will be applied for any cancelled camp or party reservation. Any amounts paid above the $100 cancellation fee will be refunded only if cancelled with more than 30 days remaining before the scheduled camp or party start date. There will be no camp or party registration refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled camp or party start date. Add-ons are always refundable. Please call iPlayology at (951)603-3186 should you need to cancel or modify your reservation.
