Fall 2025 Classes and Workshops Policies

By registering for this activity you acknowledge and agree to the following.

We use enrollment numbers for supplies planning and prep, and for staffing purposes. Activities will run with a minimum of 5 child registrations at the studio or 10 child registrations at our partner locations. So gather your child's friends for some artsy fun! If a minimum enrollment for an activity is not met, there is a chance the activity could be cancelled. If we cancel, we offer you a 100% refund. If an activity reaches the maximum enrollment, we may not be able to accommodate drop-in enrollments. We encourage you to pre-register to ensure that you have a spot.

Children, parents, and instructors agree to stay home if they are showing symptoms of ANY contagious disease. Attendees arriving sick will not be able to stay and will not receive any credit or refund, so we wish everyone to have a healthy season. Handwashing is required upon entry and encouraged frequently because making art is messy fun!

Drop-off activities require children to follow group instruction. Please note any behavioral information about your child in your registration so we can advise if we have the appropriate accommodations available during the activity. Children who are not able to follow group instruction or who are not bathroom-independent are not eligible for drop-off activities. Instead, a caregiver can accompany them to available Parent & Me/Child activities that can be found on our class schedule. Please contact the studio if you have questions about whether the activity is right for your child.

Missed activities are not eligible for credits or refunds. If you need to cancel ahead of your activity for any reason, including sickness, please review the cancellation requests information below.

Classes, Workshops, and Drop-In Cancellation & Missed Activities Policies:

Fall classes, workshops, and drop-in registrations are not eligible for refunds but using the following as a guide, studio credit may be available to you.

• Weekly class sessions may receive a 90% studio credit when you cancel 7 or more days before the session start date. A 50% studio credit is available with notice 2 days prior to a weekly class session start date. When you notify us of an illness or intended missed class before the class begins, we will do our best to offer make-up options in a comparable class as space allows during the same session. No make-ups will be allowed for classes that are missed without advance notification. All make-ups must be completed by Friday December 19, 2025 and may not be carried over in future sessions. If you're not able to find a date that works for you to make-up a class, there is no cash or credit value to a missed class.
• Workshops and drop-in registrations may receive 50% credit 2 days prior to the activity date. No credits or make-ups will be given for illness, missed workshops, or drop-in registrations that aren't cancelled 48 hrs before the activity begins.
• Cancellation requests must be received in writing and are easiest to match to your account by replying directly to your purchase confirmation email.
