Extended Care Hours:

• Before Care: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM

• After Care: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM

The cost for extended care is $30/day.

This care is open only on weekdays, while the camps are running, for camp attendees. If required under different circumstances, please reach out to us.

Cancellation policy

A one-month notice is required for any cancellations or schedule modifications.

Participant cancellations made 14 days before the commencement of the program will receive full reimbursement, minus an administrative fee of 5% + $50.

Participant cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the program's start will be refunded 50%.

Participant cancellations within 7 days of the program's start will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Medical Circumstances:

A valid medical certificate must accompany the request for cancellations due to medical reasons or injury. Individuals unable to return to class due to severe injury or medical incapacitation will receive a complete reimbursement minus a 5% + $50 processing fee. Temporary absences due to medical grounds will be credited towards future classes, utilizing paid membership fees, or transferred to a sibling.
