Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are thrilled to extend a warm invitation to KiddoSTEAM Academy's upcoming Winter Camp , set to take place on December 2025: December 22nd, 23rd, 26th, 29th, 30th, and on Jan.2nd., 2026.

Our camp schedule runs from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm daily, providing ample time for your child to explore a diverse range of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) - oriented subjects.

Each day will feature two interactive sessions covering various STEAM topics, complemented by games and physical activities, and outdoor play. The session structures include an introduction and icebreaker activity, understanding thought processes, the STEAM subject, and question-and-answer sessions. The subjects included, but are not limited to: physical and chemical phenomena, animal kingdom, coding principles, properties of materials, maths, and arts and creativity.

The cost per drop in session is $100. We will provide a comprehensive overview of the full week's program closer to the date. Please use the link below for registration for each week.

Cancellation policy

A one-month notice is required for any cancellations or schedule modifications.

Participant cancellations made 14 days before the commencement of the program will receive full reimbursement, minus an administrative fee of 5% + $50.

Participant cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the program's start will be refunded 50%.

Participant cancellations within 7 days of the program's start will not be eligible for reimbursement.

 

Medical Circumstances:

A valid medical certificate must accompany the request for cancellations due to medical reasons or injury. Individuals unable to return to class due to severe injury or medical incapacitation will receive a complete reimbursement minus a 5% + $50 processing fee. Temporary absences due to medical grounds will be credited towards future classes, utilizing paid membership fees, or transferred to a sibling.

Notes: Please notice that the camp does not operate on the days 24th, 25th, 31st or Jan.1st.

Prerequisites: Participation Rules * For Young Children: Must be potty-trained and able to stay in the room without the presence of parents or guardians. Should be able to control impulses, such as refraining from biting, hitting, or kicking others. *For All Children: Show respect toward peers and instructors. Be gentle with program materials. Clean up after using materials and activities. Please bring indoor shoes.
