Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. However, to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled start date of the activity will receive a full refund. Cancellation request must be sent to info@kidsandpaper.org

2. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled start date of the activity will not be eligible for a refund.

3. In the event of a cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to offer the vacated spot to other customers.

4. No-shows or late arrivals will not be eligible for refunds.

5. If the activity is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, safety concerns), participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
