Description:

KEMPO KARATE Tae Kwon Do/Tang Soo Do. Kata, Kumite (sparring), weapons, grappling, tactical street self-defense, and body conditioning. Martial Arts contributes to increased physical strength, flexibility, balance, control, discipline, and spirituality. Students train with others at their own skill level progressing from basic stances, punches, blocks, and kicks to the study of more advanced Katas (patterns of movement) and defense objectives. Uniforms and gear are ordered in class with an additional fee through our Lead Instructor, Tony Petty. 

Classes are: Wednesdays 5:30-6:30PM  

                      Saturdays 10:30-11:30 AM

Price: $40.00 - $60.00

Required age: 8 - 13 years old on the day of the activity
